About the role
Join a supportive rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Aid residents with gait training, therapeutic exercises, transfers, and mobility activities
- Monitor patient performance and communicate progress updates to the PT
- Support safe use of assistive devices and functional mobility techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active PTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
