Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists
- Assist patients with exercises and treatments to improve mobility and strength
- Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
- Current state licensure
- Strong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented nature
- Excellent communication and people skills

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $27.00-$33.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
