About the role
Provide high-quality outpatient PT treatments under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists.
Follow individualized plans of care.
Deliver hands-on manual and functional therapy.
Support rehab programs including acute/chronic injuries, pre/post-operative care, return-to-sport, and return-to-work.
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff.
Use a modern, AI-enhanced EMR for streamlined documentation.
Maintain state, federal, and payer compliance standards.

- Total Compensation: Approximately $98,000–$112,000 total annual compensation (Hourly base + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + signing bonus/student loan reimbursement)

Total Compensation: Approximately $98,000–$112,000 total annual compensation (Hourly base + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + signing bonus/student loan reimbursement)
