The Role

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Pay: $25–$35/hr, based on experience

Incentives: Productivity bonuses up to $2,500/month, giving you full control of your earning potential

Position Summary

In This Role, You Will:

  • Deliver high-quality outpatient PT treatments under PT supervision
  • Follow individualized care plans
  • Provide hands-on manual and functional therapy
  • Support acute/chronic rehab, pre/post-op care, return-to-sport, and return-to-work programs
  • Build relationships with patients, staff, and the local community
  • Document efficiently through our AI-enhanced EMR
  • Maintain state, federal, and payer compliance

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited PTA program
  • Current New Mexico PTA license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care
