About the role

P4 Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to cover their outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing quality care and working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for patient safety and treatment efficacy
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Current state of Alabama licensure
• Strong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
