Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care
• Aid patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Inform patients and caregivers about home exercise programs
• Report patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active state PTA license
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Home health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
