About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in developing and implementing therapy programs tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Alaska.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Passion for providing quality patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
- Successfully completed a clinical rotation in a physical therapy setting.

Pay
