What You’ll Do
- Carry out PT treatment plans for orthopedic, spine, post-op, sports, and chronic pain patients
- Lead therapeutic exercise, gait/balance training, and functional activities
- Assist with manual therapy techniques (within PTA scope of practice)
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
- Document accurately in the EMR and communicate progress with supervising PTs
- Contribute to a positive, professional, patient-focused clinic environment
Compensation & Benefits
