About the role
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for their Rehab department.
Responsibilities
- Assisting physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress
- Reporting changes or concerns in patient progress to the supervising physical therapist
- Educating patients and families
- Maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Michigan
- Able to pass a criminal background investigation and drug test
- CPR for Professional Rescuer or BLS-C certification required (will be provided by the employer)
- Strong communication skills
Benefits
$5,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 on first pay check, $2,500 after 6 months.
