About the role

Your Everyday Impact Lead, prioritize, coordinate, and manage all aspects of rehabilitation care for your patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to align treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes. Deliver therapy services consistent with each patient's individualized plan of care. Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients, families, visitors, and staff. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge recommendations. Communicate significant changes in patient condition and coordinate care across the rehabilitation team. Reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical findings and regulatory guidelines. Provide direction and support to ancillary staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. Accurately document evaluations, interventions, patient progress, and outcomes. Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program excellence. Perform age-appropriate evaluations and uphold accreditation and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Current Louisiana Physical Therapist License with State of Louisiana Physical Therapy Board.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Qualifications

  • Experience in a rehabilitation or similar clinical setting.
  • Certifications in specialty areas such as Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, or Women's Health.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
