Physical Therapist Acute Care PRN

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Offers patient and caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient and caregiver education
• Arrange adaptive equipment as required

Requirements

• Six months of relevant experience within inpatient settings (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program (required)
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree (preferred)
• Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan (required upon hire)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) (required within 90 days of hire)
