About the role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their competency.
- Complete accurate documentation and provide assessments, re-assessments, and consultations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred).
- Valid Physical Therapist License.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with weekend/holiday rotation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills.
