Physical Therapist (Acute Care)

Join our dynamic team at a Level One Trauma Center, where the Physical Therapist plays a pivotal leadership role within interdisciplinary patient care teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient care needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on Joint & Spine surgeries (some ICU & Neuro).
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and self-care strategies.
• Participate in staff management and cost management initiatives.
• Contribute to professional practice activities and enhance departmental effectiveness.
• Uphold high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification required at the time of hire.

Experience

• No prior job-related experience necessary—new grads welcomed!
• Preferred: 1-3 years of relevant job experience.

Schedule

• Full-time position requiring 1 weekend per month.
• Potential option for no weekends with mid-day hours.
