About the Role

Functions as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide direct patient care across various diagnostic categories, including adult and pediatric inpatients and outpatients.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, goal setting, and discharge planning according to departmental policies.
• Document treatment plans and assessment findings, ensuring timely communication and billing.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Meet productivity standards and proactively serve patients’ immediate needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licenses: Georgia State Licensure, BLS or BLS Instructor certification.
• Willingness to teach and mentor learners, with strong documentation and organizational skills.
