About the role

Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, located in Elizabeth City, is hiring a Physical Therapist - Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Requirements

• Minimum - Bachelor's Level Degree - Physical Therapy
• Certification/Licensure: NC License - Physical Therapy
• BLS

Qualifications

• Experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
