Physical Therapist 7500 Bonus
Pro Rehab, an established rehab company with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team at Truman Senior Living in Truman, MN. This rural environment offers a calmer atmosphere with less stress, allowing you to build a full caseload quickly.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
- Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation
- Provide patient, caregiver, and staff education on pain management techniques, fall risk safety, exercises, injury prevention, and pain management
- Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program with a bachelor’s degree
- Current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to Home Health care
- Capable of performing essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with sufficient skills to perform required tasks
Pay
$45 - $55 per hour, depending on experience. Up to a $7,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement available.
