Pro Rehab, an established rehab company with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care in Fulda, MN. This rural environment offers a calmer atmosphere, allowing you to build a full caseload quickly. New graduates are welcome to apply.
About the Role
Full-time, benefits-eligible position with flexible start and end times. Wage range: $45–$55/hour based on experience, plus a $7,500 bonus paid over 18 months or tuition reimbursement.
Location: 400 NE 7th St, Fulda, MN 56131.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits.
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
- Provide patient, caregiver, and staff education on pain management, fall risk safety, exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques.
- Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program with a bachelor’s degree.
- Current accredited MN Physical Therapist License.
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to Home Health care.
- Capable of performing essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, with sufficient communication skills.
