Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay

$75,000 – $110,000 annually, based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training; maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document care for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
