Dignity Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at 1550 West Craig Road, North Las Vegas, NV. The position offers a competitive compensation range of $87,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of $16,000 and monthly student loan assistance of $350.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care, ensuring the patient's needs come first.
• Adapt to changing circumstances to support both patients and colleagues.
• Communicate proactively and empathetically with patients and staff.
• Ensure all details are handled correctly the first time.
• Collaborate effectively within a clinical team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Successfully completed educational requirements for state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques frequently throughout the workday.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds of weight alone.
• Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written directions.
• Able to speak and hear to understand and give directions.
• Able to push wheeled equipment throughout the facility.
• Fine motor skills adequate for scheduling and preparing patients, equipment, and supplies for treatment.
• Able to sustain activities for many hours in accordance with state labor laws.
