Pay and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $78,000–$95,000
  • Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
