Pay and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $78,000–$95,000
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $25,000 tuition reimbursement packages

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
