Pay

$145,000 to $156,000 per year, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function
• Provide interventions and conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum)
• Modify interventions as necessary and perform discharge planning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program (CAPTE-accredited)
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care (or approval from regional clinical leaders with mentoring/residency participation if less than one year)
• Current CPR certification
