Physical Security Site Manager

About the role

Assist the Director of Physical Security in developing and maintaining a physical security program designed to protect bank employees and bank property and to comply with federal, state, and local requirements. Preferred office location is listed, but other locations and remote work within the Renasant footprint may be considered based on business necessity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Physical Security Domestic Impact Program, including coordination with law enforcement and internal/external legal partners for protective orders, no-trespassing orders, etc.
• Develop and maintain an Executive Protection Program.
• Perform administrative duties related to location fire alarms, including coordination, testing, inspections, and contract monitoring services for fire alarms and sprinkler systems.
• Manage all duties related to security guards, including vendor contracts, insurance compliance, posting orders, annual physical check-ins, and special assignments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Workplace Violence Prevention Program in coordination with Human Resources, Technology, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain all Physical Security policies and procedures and manage the Physical Security SharePoint site.
• Perform facility visits as needed, including routine security assessments, training, and onsite response to incidents such as natural disasters, vandalism, burglary, robbery, and equipment issues.
• Investigate reports of Potential Security Events and Non-Employee Injury Reports on Renasant property.
• Collect and manage evidence, establish chain of custody with insurance carriers and law enforcement, and facilitate evidence transfer.
• Assist with training, including development of training materials and presentation of security-related topics.
• Provide support to Retail Branch Administrators for the All Clear Systems application.
• Assist with special projects, system implementations or upgrades, and onsite investigations as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of the Annual Security Officer’s Report to the Board of Directors.
• Support and administer daily operation of Physical Security Equipment Platforms.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of banking experience.
• Ability to interpret laws and create appropriate policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior management, employees, and external parties (e.g., vendors, law enforcement, examiners, auditors).
• Ability to work unsupervised at a proficient and productive rate.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to solve problems with limited information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Flexibility and adaptability concerning work hours and job duties.
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel, which may require use of a personal vehicle.
