Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Electronic Security Systems (ESS) projects in all offices.
- Provide timely response management across all office locations.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Office Administrators on investigative efforts for physical security incidents in all OMM locations.
- Recommend processes and procedures related to third-party security call centers, electronic security systems, development, maintenance, program models, and reporting tools.
- Maintain physical security policies, programs, or procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct physical security assessments to ensure compliance with OMM physical and technical security policies and regulations.
- Manage vendors responsible for maintenance and repair of electronic security systems.
- Develop processes and procedures to minimize risks and oversee electronic security systems deployment and/or repair work where required.
- Utilize industry standards and best practices to oversee and liaise on the design and implementation input for electronic security systems throughout all OMM locations.
- Act as a liaison to office facilities/operations and the Real Estate Team in the areas of design and implementation of electronic security systems.
- Coordinate and record all electronic security system maintenance, including preventive and corrective measures.
- Maintain records and perform inspections as required.
- Manage the maintenance of the emergency duress systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary electronic security systems project management, design, integration, and maintenance.
- Understanding of IT networking, and databases as they apply to physical security systems.
- Understanding of current/legacy communications protocols utilized with security systems.
- Understanding of different types of door hardware and how it integrates with ESS.
- Ability to troubleshoot security systems and perform investigations as needed.
- Strong working knowledge in Genetec Security Center is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of integrated electronic security systems technology and operations is required.
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, including electrical and security plans.
- Excellent with MS Excel, especially compiling and manipulating large volumes of disparate data.
- Willingness to travel to OMM offices, as needed.
Pay
The salary range in CA for this role is $80,000 - $150,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
