About the role

This Physical Therapist role involves evaluating, planning, and providing comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on general outpatient and pelvic floor therapy.

Responsibilities

• Developing individualized care plans
• Delivering evidence-based interventions
• Educating patients and caregivers
• Coordinating discharge planning
• Evaluating and treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using specialized techniques such as muscle training and manual therapy
• Documentation, billing, and scheduling
• Supervising support staff
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Coordinating with referring physicians
• Maintaining professionalism, adhering to organizational policies and ethical standards
• Flexibility to serve where patient needs are highest
• Participating in clinical instruction, committee work, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current state licensure

Schedule
