Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Illinois State License is required to start the position
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred
- Ability to work Days shift
