About the role
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to adult patients.
Responsibilities
- conducting evaluations
- developing individualized treatment plans
- implementing evidence-based interventions
- educating patients and caregivers
- managing documentation and billing
- discharge planning
- collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- supervising support staff
- ensuring optimal clinical and financial outcomes
- flexibility to work where patient needs are highest and participation in leadership or educational activities are encouraged
Qualifications
- current state licensure
- a degree from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program
- specialized training for outpatient pelvic floor therapy (Herman & Wallace Level I certification or equivalent)

Schedule
