Job Expectations

• Must be willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, both flight and vehicle travel
• Able to push/pull 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds
• Able to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hours per day
• Able to travel daily with 4 or more hours of driving per day
• Reliable transportation for daily business travel

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficient with FSG iPDE Inspection software and Field Service Representative Online (FSRO)
• Demonstrated understanding and application of inspection procedures
• Demonstrated Customer focus while executing all required inspection procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical/problem skills; ability to prioritize
