About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports store operations by managing staff and ensuring smooth customer service
- Manages inventory levels and ensures accurate stock counts
- Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures
- Collaborates with other departments to optimize store performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of retail experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
