Physical Assistant Full Time Days

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time candidate to join our Worker Rehabilitation Program team. Our program specializes in helping injured workers recover safely and efficiently through individualized treatment plans, work conditioning, functional restoration, and a collaborative interdisciplinary approach. Our goal is to support patients in achieving their highest level of function and returning to work and productive lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients participating in the Worker Rehabilitation Program under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with therapeutic interventions, work conditioning activities, and functional capacity development.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, employers, and other rehabilitation team members to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
• Previous experience in acute care or rehabilitation preferred.
