Physiatrist - General Rehabilitation - Academic Clinician

About the role

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Responsibilities

• Teaching responsibilities may include teaching and mentoring of Penn medical students and residents as well as allied professionals.
• Clinical responsibilities may include working closely with other surgical and non-surgical teams to provide the highest level of interdisciplinary care to a wide range of patients.
• This role will include attending physician for a comprehensive integrated inpatient service, consult service and outpatient programs.

Requirements

• Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
• Applicants must have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care.
• Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
