Photographer & Outdoor Coordinator

About the role

Join the JCPenney Portraits team as a part-time Outdoor Photographer. This role involves capturing fun and creative photos, engaging with customers, and driving sales in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that exceed customer expectations with creativity and fun.
• Perform the sales process to meet or exceed Sales Average expectations.
• Engage with potential customers and follow up with existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Work a varied schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Utilize basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry).
• Work in multiple studios based on business needs (where applicable).

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
