Photo DRAM Sr Engineer

Role: Develop and integrate photolithography processes for advanced memory technologies, collaborating across design, manufacturing, and equipment vendors. Responsibilities Perform material evaluations, reticle and layout development, OPC, overlay optimization, and process window analysis.Drive yield improvements, failure analysis, and device performance optimization.Partner with equipment vendors to evaluate tools and enhance process capability.Document processes, communicate results, and support technology transfer to manufacturing.Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to advance process development. Qualifications M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; B.S. with 2+ years semiconductor processing experience also considered.Experience in photolithography or semiconductor process development, data analysis, and statistical methods.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills 3+ years semiconductor processing experience, especially in Lithography, OPC, or overlay optimization.Knowledge of process integration, high-volume manufacturing support, and working with equipment vendors or R&D environments.Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus.
