Photo DRAM Sr Engineer

Role: Photolithography Engineer responsible for developing and integrating lithography processes for advanced memory technologies. Key Duties: Develop unit processes, evaluate materials, optimize overlay and process windows, improve yield, analyze failures, collaborate with equipment vendors, document processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance process development. Qualifications: M.S./Ph.D. in relevant engineering or technical field, or B.S. with 2+ years semiconductor processing experience; knowledge of photolithography, process characterization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Skills: 3+ years in semiconductor processing, experience with advanced lithography, process integration, equipment vendor collaboration, and AI software familiarity.
