Responsibilities

  • Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.
  • Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies under Manager's direction.

Requirements

  • Experience with or understanding of audit methodologies and developing important internal audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.
  • Knowledge of risk and control programs, business processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Revenue, and knowledge of accounting operations and/or financial frameworks.
  • Understanding of commonly used International Professional Practices Framework, including COSO and PCAOB.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
  • Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA, or similar preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or business-related field).
  • 2+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, risk and control programs, or related field, either in professional services or industry.

Skills

  • Leverage AI to enhance personal productivity as well as internal audit and SOX activities, including planning, fieldwork and reporting.

Benefits

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
