Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a target list of Phoenix-area real estate agents, teams, office managers, and local agent influencers.
  • Contact agents through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, phone, and text where appropriate.
  • Book demos with individual agents, small teams, and office groups.
  • Visit brokerage offices, team meetings, open houses, networking events, and continuing education classes.
  • Help organize lunch-and-learns, Zoom demos, and small in-person launch sessions.
  • Sponsor trainings and events hosted by continuing education schools and brokerages.
  • Drive agents to sign up, run their first query, and try at least one core workflow.
  • Collect testimonials, objections, feature requests, and short user quotes.
  • Identify high-potential launch champions who can refer other agents.
  • Report daily on activity, learnings, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong fit for the Phoenix real estate market.
  • Comfortable talking to agents, team leads, and brokerage staff.
  • Experience sending high-volume, personalized outreach.
  • Comfortable walking into offices and starting conversations.
  • Understanding of social selling on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and text.
  • Experience tracking activity in a CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Ability to explain a new technology product simply and confidently.
  • Interest in startups, fast feedback loops, and measurable goals.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate Experience Is a Plus, But Not Required.
  • Bonus points for existing relationships with Phoenix-area agents or brokerages.
  • Experience as a business development manager, SDR, field marketer, real estate assistant, ISA, transaction coordinator, recruiter, or local event promoter.
  • Comfortable recording short videos, posting on social, and helping agents share product demos.

Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified agents contacted.
  • Number of demos booked.
  • Number of live demos completed.
  • Number of agents who sign up.
  • Number of agents who run their first RealTalk workflow.
  • Number of weekly active users driven from your outreach.
  • Number of referrals, testimonials, and launch champions created.
