About the role
Guide donors through the plasma donation process while ensuring their safety, comfort, and compliance with all protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture procedures
- Maintain a clean and efficient donation environment
- Monitor donor well-being throughout the process
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols
- Lead donors safely through each step of the donation
- Ensure donor comfort and address any concerns
- Support operational efficiency and workflow
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to procedures
