Phlebotomy Supervisor

Job Summary

The Phlebotomy Supervisor is responsible for the administration and operational functions of the Phlebotomy section of the laboratory in order to provide quality patient care. Under direct supervision of the Medical Director of the Laboratory and the Laboratory Administrative Director.

Qualifications

• Deliver patient care in a safe, competent and effective matter as determined by outcomes, quality monitors and other internal and external processes.
• Congduct interpersonal relationships to deliver quality care and services.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Minimum of 3 years experience required with 1 year of Supervisor experience is preferred.
