Phlebotomy and Customer Service Specialist Southwest Region Float (Per Diem/Day & Evening Shifts)

Float Position. The role would primarily float between labs that are in need of assistance Monday-Friday with weekend rotation. The region would consist of floating between labs in the Southwest region including Columbia, County Line, Norlanco, Parkesburg, Strasburg, Walter L. Aument, and Willow Lakes.
Responsibilities
- Performs venipuncture and capillary specimen collection in an ambulatory setting.
- Validates patient identity, specimen integrity and maintains working knowledge of specimen requirements and all clinical protocols.
