Key Responsibilities Supervise phlebotomy staff and provide training and competency assessmentsPerform phlebotomy procedures and travel between locations as neededConduct site inspections and report findings to managementMonitor patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels, addressing service issues Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experienceCertified in phlebotomy from an accredited programValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a color blindness testStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Must be at least 21 years old
