Phlebotomist PRN

About the Role

The Phlebotomist PRN assists with technical and clerical tasks in the Laboratory department, including specimen collection, processing, and registration using the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection via venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Manage specimen receipt, acceptance, and processing, including pneumatic tube samples.
• Complete basic quality control procedures and inventory management for reagents and disposables.
• Support laboratory operations through specimen registration and processing.

Requirements

• Certification or training in phlebotomy or prior experience is required.
