Responsibilities
- Draw blood from infants, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients daily.
- Send or deliver specimens promptly to the laboratory.
- Interact effectively with co-workers, staff, patients, families, and vendors.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified phlebotomy course (preferred).
- Demonstrated phlebotomy experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
Skills
- Excellent patient interaction.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with diverse age groups and populations.
