Phlebotomist - Part Time - 2nd Shift
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro about Labcorp (company description). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
Job title: Phlebotomist (but we must not repeat as heading). So we can start with maybe an About the role containing description of role and maybe company overview? The posting includes a paragraph about Labcorp mission etc. That could be considered "About the role" or maybe not. But we need to include substantive info; we can put that in About the role.
Then we have Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm with rotating Saturdays. That's schedule.
Job Responsibilities list bullet points.
Minimum Qualifications bullet.
Preferred Qualifications bullet.
Additional Job Standards bullet (these could be considered Skills? Or Requirements?). The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to separate.
We have Minimum Qualifications (high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months+ experience). Preferred Qualifications (current or previous LabCorp experience, 6 months+ experience). Additional Job Standards (list of items like proven track record, communication skills, ability to work independently, reliable transportation, flexibility to work overtime, able to pass color blindness test). Those could be considered Skills or Requirements.
We also have Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour.
Benefits: description.
We also have mention of PST Incentive Plan (quarterly bonus). That could be part of Benefits or maybe separate but we can include in Benefits.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, accessibility, privacy statement, etc.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Thus structure:
About the role
About the role
... company description and role context ...
Responsibilities
- ... each responsibility ...
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications items
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications items
Skills
- Additional Job Standards items
Pay
Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Benefits
- ... benefits list ...
Schedule
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm with rotating Saturdays
We need to ensure we don't include any fluff like "All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills..." maybe that's part of Pay? Could be included in Pay section as note. But it's not a specific pay detail; it's a statement. Could be omitted? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that statement. Where to place? Could be in Pay section as a note after pay range. Or maybe in About the role? It's about compensation philosophy. Probably fits in Pay. Also "Phlebotomist’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics." That's a benefit (bonus). Could be included in Benefits. Also "Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan." That's benefits. Also details about less than 20 hours etc. That's also benefits eligibility details. Should we include? It's substantive. Could include in Benefits as additional notes. Also "Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO." That's also benefits. Thus Benefits section will be a bit long; we can put as- ... each item ...
but instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should list each benefit as
- . Also eligibility notes could be separate
- .
We need to avoid duplication: The benefits list includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Also mention PST Incentive Plan quarterly bonus.
Also eligibility notes: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20+ hours per week eligible for comprehensive benefits; employees items.
Now schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm with rotating Saturdays.
Now About the role: We need to include the company description and maybe the mission. The posting starts: "Labcorp is a global leader in laboratory services, providing the insights and answers that help healthcare providers, patients, researchers, pharmaceutical companies and health systems make confident decisions and improve outcomes. Through our unparalleled science, data, technology and laboratory network, we advance diagnostics, accelerate innovation and help address some of the world’s most important health challenges. As we shape the future of healthcare, we are leveraging advanced technologies, intelligent digital solutions and data-driven innovation across our operations to enhance how work gets done and deliver greater value to customers and patients. With our global scale and deep expertise, you’ll have the opportunity to do meaningful work, grow your career and make a real impact on people’s health around the world. Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, helping healthcare providers, researchers, and patients make informed decisions that advance care. Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Dorchester MA."
We can combine that into About the role paragraph.
We must not repeat the job title as heading, but we can mention it in the paragraph.
Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Labcorp Is Proud To Be An Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Remove all that.
Also remove "If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth..." maybe that's fluff but it's substantive? It's a call to action; but instruction says remove application instructions. That sentence is more like encouragement to apply; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction but it's promotional. Safer to remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The sentence "If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today!" is an application instruction (encouraging to apply). So we should remove it.
Also remove "Labcorp Is Proud To Be An Equal Opportunity Employer" and all following EEO text.
Also remove accessibility and privacy statements.
Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Additional Job Standards" includes "Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service", "Strong communication skills; both written and verbal", "Ability to work independently or in a team environment", "Comfortable working under minimal supervision", "Reliable transportation", "Flexibility to work overtime as needed", "Able to pass a standardized color blindness test". Those are skills.
Now we need to ensure we didn't duplicate any content: The Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications are separate.
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes punctuation but no < or >. Should be fine.
We'll produce:
