Part Time - Phlebotomist - 2nd Shift

About the role

Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, data entry, and providing excellent patient service. The role emphasizes growth opportunities, a commitment to inclusion, and a focus on delivering quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screens and paternity tests.
• Accurately enter patient information and process billing when needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain documentation logs.
• Deliver superior customer service and perform administrative duties as required.
• Travel to additional sites as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of phlebotomy experience or relevant certification/training.

Skills & Additional Standards

• Proven customer service skills and strong communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and pass a color blindness test.
• Flexibility to work overtime and minimal supervision.
