Phlebotomist III

About the role

We offer a variety in work where no two days will quite look the same: Diverse, dynamic work environment where as a Phlebotomist floater you will be able to shift frequently to new patient centers and continually meet new people.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture, fingerstick, or heel stick techniques.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies used in phlebotomy procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of blood specimen collection.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state phlebotomy certification.
• Experience in a phlebotomy setting preferred.

Skills

Pay

• $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM availability.
• Rotational weekends, 8 to 10-hour shifts.
• 40 hours per week.
