About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Concord, NC.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM & Friday, 8:00 AM–12:30 PM
Pay
$16 – $19 per hour (pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education).
Duties
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens accurately for laboratory testing.
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide professional, compassionate customer service while explaining collection procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment while following established procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
Skills
- Phlebotomy and ability to perform pediatric and geriatric draws.
