We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. Key info: - Title: Phlebotomist Group Lead - Fresno, CA, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (but we should not repeat job title as heading). We can include schedule info maybe in Schedule section if present. The posting includes schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. So we can have a Schedule section. - Pay range: $28.80 - $31.45 / hour. Also mention salary offers based on factors, annual performance bonus possible. So Pay section. - Benefits: a long list. So Benefits section. - About the role: The description includes many paragraphs describing role. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: a list of duties (starting with "Responsibilities" heading). So Responsibilities section. - Qualifications: includes Required Work Experience, Preferred Work Experience, Physical And Mental Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, Education, Languages, Licenses and Certifications, Work Requirements, etc. So we can have Qualifications section (maybe separate Skills? but we can combine). The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Qualifications and maybe Skills separate if there is distinct content. There's a Skills section in the posting: "Skills Ability to provide quality...". So we can have Skills section. - Requirements: maybe we can include Requirements as a section covering Required Work Experience etc. But we already have Qualifications. Might be redundant. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section, but they ask to use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Skills, so we can include Skills heading. For Requirements, we have Required Work Experience etc. Could be Requirements heading. But we also have Qualifications heading. Might be overlapping. However we can follow: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's see if we have content for each. - About the role: we have introductory paragraphs describing role (the PSR IV etc). That's suitable. - Responsibilities: we have a list after "Responsibilities". Good. - Requirements: Could be the "Required Work Experience" etc. That's more like qualifications. But we can treat Required Work Experience as Requirements. We'll include Required Work Experience, Physical And Mental Requirements, Knowledge, Licenses and Certifications, Work Requirements maybe under Requirements. But we also have Qualifications (Preferred Work Experience, Education, Languages). Might be splitting. Better to follow typical job posting: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (which includes required experience, preferred, education, licenses), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction includes Requirements as a possible heading; we can omit if we think Qualifications covers it. But they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to include all. So we can choose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must include all details: schedule, pay, benefits, role description, responsibilities list, qualifications (required experience, preferred, physical requirements, knowledge, skills, education, languages, licenses, work requirements). We must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose, use

. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip those at the end: "About The Team Quest Diagnostics honors our service members..." etc. Also "Equal Opportunity Employer:" etc. Also "Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records..." maybe considered legal? It's about fair chance act; might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? It's about hiring policy; could be considered legal. Probably remove. Also "While we appreciate and value our staffing partners..." etc. Remove. Also "Work Requirements Travel Required" maybe part of qualifications. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. So no
