About the role
We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Mooresville, NC, working in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company as a key point of contact. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic needs.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information.
- Process billing information and collect payments.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or 3+ months of experience as a phlebotomist.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience as a phlebotomist.

Phlebotomists may also be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with rotating weekends.
