About the role
As a Phlebotomist in our Saint Paul, NC Patient Service Center, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company as a key point of contact. This role offers opportunities for continuous growth within the organization and may include eligibility for a quarterly performance-based bonus.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic needs
- Accurately and timely enter patient information into data systems
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification, completed Phlebotomy training program, or 6+ months of phlebotomy experience
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience

- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
