Phlebotomist

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team to operate our outpatient lab services. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy skills, excellent patient service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

• Customer service, clerical, and clinical responsibilities essential to the efficient operation of our outpatient lab services
• Accurately entering and processing orders using a dedicated electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Collecting, labeling, and processing patient specimens with precision and care
• Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with all protocols
• Managing lab equipment and inventory to ensure efficient daily operations
• Delivering excellent customer service to support a positive patient experience
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail are key to succeeding in this position

Requirements

• Certificate of Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant education and clinical training from an approved program is preferred
• Previous Phlebotomy or MA experience preferred
