Responsibilities
- Customer service, clerical, and clinical responsibilities essential to the efficient operation of our outpatient lab services
- Accurately entering and processing orders using a dedicated electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Collecting, labeling, and processing patient specimens with precision and care
- Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with all protocols
- Managing lab equipment and inventory to ensure efficient daily operations
- Delivering excellent customer service to support a positive patient experience
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail are key to succeeding in this position
Requirements
- Certificate of Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant education and clinical training from an approved program is preferred
- Previous Phlebotomy or MA experience preferred
