About the role
Serving Others at TriHealth! TriHealth Bethesda Buther Hospital is seeking a passionate Phlebotomist who will connect patients with care teams, ensuring high-quality specimen collection while supporting a safe, respectful, and patient-centered experience.
Responsibilities
- Procure quality specimens from various patient groups for diagnostic testing in accordance with CLIA, TJC, and CAP guidelines.
- Perform EKGs on outpatients as needed.
- Make and receive telephone calls from customers, gather data for service and billing, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Document all required information in expected timeframes, ensuring compliance with OIG guidelines.
- Ensure specimen integrity through accurate patient identification, data collection, and specimen handling.
- Tackle complex tasks proactively and take initiative as needed.
- Earn and maintain a positive reputation by emphasizing accuracy in all steps of the collection process and completing work accurately and timely.
Requirements
- A High School Degree or GED is required.
- Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in Phlebotomy is preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full time - 72 hours biweekly, Day shift, Weekend and holiday rotation.
